Our company and software require a credit card on file at the time of booking for all guests. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request 4 hours notice.
Cancellations, rescheduled or missed appointments without a reasonable 4 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the base price of the scheduled service.
We email, text, and provide phone call reminders to avoid issues. We respect the time for all involved.
